Dentists learn from Dr. Katz

Dr. Katz doesn’t just treat patients — he teaches the doctors who treat them. He was hand-picked by Dr. Frank Spear himself — known as one of the world’s top dentists and instructors — to be one of the original 100 Visiting Faculty Mentors at the prestigious Spear Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he is also an instructor, lecturer, and mentor. He also served as a Visiting Instructor at the California Implant Institute in San Diego, California. In the past, Dr. Katz has taught other doctors how he performs full-arch rehabilitations and All-on-X procedures, and for many years he presented public educational seminars on dental implants for patients in the community.

As seen and heard

Dr. Katz’s work has been featured on NBC, ABC, The CW, and 10TV WBNS Columbus. He has also appeared as a guest on The Wellness Hour, talking about modern implant dentistry and what full-mouth restoration can do for people who have struggled with failing or missing teeth for years.

How Dr. Katz practices

Dentistry is personal. A missing tooth is never just a missing tooth — it changes how you eat, how you speak, and how you feel walking into a room. Dr. Katz and his team treat the person first: honest guidance, comfortable care, and work done with integrity, whether that means a single implant or a full arch.

Dr. Katz has developed special methods of implant dentistry to rescue the denture patient and patients with debilitated teeth needing complete reconstructions, along with special techniques in sedation dentistry for the fearful patient. With our in-house lab and technology — including 3D i
